Service Description

Join us for a 6-week yoga foundations course. Perfect for beginners or those looking for a refresher. In this fun and welcoming environment, you will learn the foundations of yoga so you can confidently attend a hatha or vinyasa flow class. We will cover key postures from each of the main groups including standing poses, forward and back bends, twists, sun salutations, and simple inversions. You will also learn the importance of alignment in all postures and how to work through modifications to suit your body. My aim is to create a fun environment for you to discover the benefits of a regular yoga practice.
