RESTORATIVE YOGA
A monthly workshop designed to activate your rest-and-digest system and reset your energy for the week ahead. You’ll enjoy 2 hours of self-care and simple, effective practices to manage stress and support your nervous system for long-term wellbeing.

SOMATIC BREATHWORK
A monthly guided breathwork experience designed to reset the nervous system, reconnect you with your body and restore balance through powerful, intentional breathing techniques. You’ll move through a curated journey of release, expansion and integration, using a blend of active breathing, somatic awareness and stillness practices. A proven methodolgy that supports deep nervous system regulation and emotional clarity.
