About the event
Take 90 minutes just for you. Somatic Breathwork is a guided practice that uses conscious breathing to help you reconnect with your body, release stress, and reset your system. You don’t need any experience - just bring comfy layers, an open mind and a willingness to try something new.
Each session blends active breathwork with deep rest so you can move at your own pace, keep full choice and finish grounded. Think low light, music, mats and props provided; you bring comfy layers and an open mind.
Good to know: this format is not suitable for pregnancy, severe cardiovascular conditions, unmanaged blood pressure, glaucoma, recent surgery, or epilepsy. If you’re unsure, please check with your GP. The studio is accessed via 2 flights of stairs and unfortunately there is no lift.
